Save your skills, portfolio projects, and preferences to personalize proposal generation.
Free and Pro subscription tiers with different credit limits and features.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining and updating your account information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Subscription fees, billing, and cancellation terms for Pro plans.
Pro subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. All fees are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Refunds are provided only in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. Contact support for refund requests. Free plan users are not charged and are not eligible for refunds.
You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or these Terms.
Ownership rights for user content, service IP, and AI-generated content.
You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service, including profile information, skills, portfolio projects, and job descriptions. You grant us a license to use this content solely to provide the Service.
Proposals generated by the Service are created using AI technology. You own the proposals generated for you and may use them for your freelance applications. However, you may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the AI generation technology itself.
The Service, including its design, features, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by Proposely and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We provide the Service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
AI-generated proposals are suggestions based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of all generated content before use. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from the use of generated proposals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proposely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate access to the Service under certain conditions.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account through your account settings. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.
